My image is the first one published on TIME
the first time I have been published on TIME
I wanted to take a more symbolic image of the whole event, something that reflected not just a specific person but everyone. I also wanted to use the many amount of flags that was located at the event. After looking around I had met the man in the photograph who was looking for his brother’s flag, and i followed him to at least 40 different flags and just decided to include his arm stretching for the name tag.
